Summary
The honmoon thrummed its song - a hunter has been chosen, the next generation for its protectors to train. Imagine the hunters' surprise when they followed the song into the woods to find a half-demon child, clawing at the trees and yipping like a fox.
The honmoon made its choice, they cannot deny it. It must be a test. Old tales say it's possible to starve the demon out of half-breeds like this. That maybe the child become human, and be their salvation.
They kept the child locked behind the cellar door for a hundred days to prove their theory right. And out emerged Celine, their hope for the future of the honmoon.
