Summary
Sigma was a person created by a reality-bending book. It shouldn't matter in the end but for some reason when he woke up, Sigma was no more.
Being a young boy in an ancient kingdom with flashing memories of another life is very hard. Especially if you're the son of a poor seamstress in the slums while working at a temple for the Crown Prince of the Kingdom. Mu Qing has enough knowledge to know what his 'ability' is and does but not enough to control it completely. Avoiding contact of any form is obviously the answer here.
