Kei se ve obligado a cambiar de escuela a mitad de su primer año de preparatoria debido a un trato irrefutable que le han ofrecido a su madre. Mudarse a Tokio y dejar a sus amigos (y a su equipo de voleibol) es lo suficientemente difícil para él, y más aún asistir a la preparatoria Metropolitana de Nekoma, a petición de su madre. Por decir lo menos, no le agrada demasiado la idea de ir a la escuela rival de Karasuno, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer al respecto. Decide no unirse al club de voleibol y centrarse únicamente en sus estudios.
Lástima que cierto estudiante de tercer año tenga como misión convencer a Kei de lo contrario.
Kuroo puede ser inflexible, pero Kei también. Está decidido a mantenerse alejado del voleibol y no está dispuesto a cambiar de opinión solo porque Kuroo lo diga. Nekoma y Karasuno tienen una buena relación, la batalla del basurero puede suceder perfectamente sin Kei. No tiene absolutamente ninguna razón para unirse al club. Ninguna. Cero. Nada.
No importa lo que Kuroo diga o haga, Kei se mantendrá firme en su decisión.¿O no?
(Y lo más importante, no se va a enamorar de Kuroo en el camino. ¿Verdad?)

Summary
At the upper levels of the tower, past the 100th floor, the tests suddenly increase in difficulty again. Unlike the 20th floor, where Regulars often rest for years, too tired to push on, this barrier is called the 'glass ceiling' of the tower.
The reason for this is nepotism, (or favoritism, or politics, different people call it different things). In any case, starting from the 100th floor, there are certain floors owned by the 10 Great Families. And naturally, being a part of one of these families might give you a big advantage.
Or, for their enemies, these tests become battlegrounds with their lives on the line.

Summary
Bam’s party gets into an altercation with a particular warlord on the 105th floor. Khun is captured and forced to join the ranks of the man's many spouses to humiliate him and infuriate Bam.
It works, except that said warlord is about to learn just how dangerous it is to allow someone like Khun, who literally grew up with this sort of intrigue, into a position where he can put his considerable skill in plotting and backstabbing to use.
