“Hey!” Bakugou flicks his forehead, “Are you even listening?”
“You have pretty eyes.” Shouto blurts out.
They just stare at each other for a moment, Bakugou’s eyes widening as he shifts back. Shouto can feel his legs tense up on top of him.
“What the hell are you saying?!”
“You have pretty eyes,” Shouto repeats, “And eyelashes too. They’re very long.”
Okay, the second part came out of nowhere, but he can’t take it back now. Bakugou’s face freezes up, and his aforementioned eyes blink aggressively. His face flushes, a shade too pink to be blamed on the exercise as he leaps off Shouto’s body.

Summary
"Merry Christmas, Todoroki-san," Katsuki says with a smug face, peering down at Shouto. It sounds like a scripted line, playful and teasing. It's definitely a reference to something Shouto doesn't understand but chooses not to vocalize it.
Shouto moves his hands onto Katsuki, first brushing his fingers to rest on the upper side of Katsuki's thighs before moving his palms flat and tracing his hands up to the side of his thighs and resting at Katsuki's hip bones. He plays with the fabric sitting snug on Katsuki, tugging on it, as his eyes draw up to take in the beauty on top of him. From the well-earned abs to the little bowtie under Katsuki's breasts that are cupped by the red wired lingerie. The top of his areola peeks out from where the bra can't contain his figure. Then, Shouto meets Katsuki eye to eye; the red fabric matches his lover's eyes. He pretends to sulk, leaning into what Katsuki said.
"But Katsuki, you're a Todoroki too."
