Summary
Luke looked around, ready to give up. The force had denied him, taken away his whole livelihood. It was time to face it as it was, he would have to confess to Obi-Wan. He clearly didn’t deserve any more time at the Jedi Temple.
The door opened and shut, and Luke was reminded of his actual job. He sighed for a second, then remembered that he had to actually be somewhat cheerful.
“Welcome-” He stopped, but not because of what he was seeing. An all encompassing sense of peace filled his body. The force had returned to him like a wave. A terrifying, suffocating but somehow intoxicating wave, and the being seemingly responsible was…
“Are you okay?” Behind a silver helmet, a filtered voice spoke. He was a Mandalorian.
In an alternate universe, Leia is training to be a Jedi master, Anakin and Padme are living a quiet retirement, Han has settled down and Luke is just... Luke. Having a father who was the chosen one can sometimes be tough, especially when you've been skipping Jedi training to work in the bakery you spend hours at. But that wasn't the only reason, for Luke feels a sudden disconnection from the force.
