He knew it might be a fucking joke from fate, being the only sinner that presented as an omega. It wasn’t going to stop him, no matter his gender he would overrule them all one day. He was going to make them pay. And he was going to wipe Alastor’s smile from his face once and for all. And if he had to die in the process, Vox didn’t care. If he failed, he was going to bring them all down with him. No matter what.
Or having his gender revealed wasn’t in the plan, getting the attention of three men, two being his enemies wasn’t too. But it might work as well for Vox.

“Honey, it’s just me, okay?” Husk called. “I won’t let Alastor come in. In fact…” He glanced at where the Radio Demon was sprawled, facedown, on the floor and shrugged. “He’s going to be napping for a while. I promise he won’t bother you.”
“No, Husk.” Through the door, he could hear the soft shuffle of Vox’s feet pacing on the floor. “It’s bad. Whatever Alastor has, I gave it to him. This is definitely some kind of apocalyptic zombie virus.”
“You don’t have a zombie virus, Vox.”
“Then explain the desire to eat brains!”

Vox’s gaze turned calculating. “How much do you already know about video surveillance?”
Husk smirked at him from around his cigar. “Enough.”
“I didn’t take you for the technology type.”
Uh huh. “You done?”
Vox pursed his lips. “I’m guessing if you weren’t interested, you would’ve ended this conversation five minutes ago.”
“Maybe. Or maybe I just like watchin’ people who think they’re smarter than me squirm.”
Rather than throw a hissy fit like he expected, a slow, shark-like grin came to Vox’s face. “I can respect that.”
“That don’t sound like an apology.”
“I’m not going to apologize for trying to use my expertise to my advantage.”
Sure, he said it with his whole chest, but Husk was good at picking up on all the shit people didn’t say. The guy had a better poker face than most, but despite his TV bits, he had pheromones and tells like everyone else.
