“Pillory of Pleasure?” she can barely bring herself to ask.
“It captures-" Snape pauses- “witches in need of… release, and binds them until they find it."
In the silence that follows – every molecule in her body cringing – Hermione thinks that it’s a cruel joke that both of them have, improbably, survived the war when, right now, she’d give a hundred horcruxes for a dark wizard to appear and hex her into oblivion.
“Can’t you stop it?” she asks, desperately.
“No, Miss Granger. This-" reverently stroking the wood of the frame- “is old magic.”
Hermione’s read enough of the Restricted Section of the library to know that that means blood or sex. And, with the way her luck seems to be going this evening, it won’t be the former.
Hermione finds herself in a magical bind. One that only Severus Snape's fingers can... release.

When Hermione’s idle research into time travels bears fruit, she finds herself terribly tempted to go back and take her husband’s virginity before he can lose it to someone else. She won’t, of course. That would be reckless, idiotic, and entirely irrational.
Until she realises she’s already done it.

“Of course. The potion,” Snape repeats, still pinning her with his gaze. “By all means, Miss Granger, examine your cauldron.”
It’s bubbling on the far side of the room, Hermione can just hear it, over the thumping of her heart. Doesn’t move.
Can’t move. Doesn’t want to.
It’s as though a Time Turner’s shattered, and the seconds have stopped ticking; Hermione would swear that the superheated air between them is quivering. And then Snape's hands come to rest at her waist, thumbs circling over the notches of her hip bones, elegant long fingers splaying out across her lower back.
She shouldn’t. She really, really shouldn’t want this-
She arches into his touch.
Hermione sneaks down to the Potions dungeons, late at night. Snape is there, waiting.
