In the fall of beacon, Cinder falls too. She falls right out of Remnant, in fact, and right into Lumine's lap just as she's starting her journey across Teyvat.
...Well, technically, she falls several feet in front of Lumine. Who happens to be fishing at the time.
For her part, Lumine just wonders if dunking oneself into a lake is supposed to be some kind of traditional greeting here.
