Summary
AU where Yuuri signs up for a dating site on a whim. It was a novelty, really, just a silly thing he came across while clicking through a few skating sites. A blind dating website that lets you enter preferences and automatically and directly matches you with someone that fits those preferences? It was stupid, wasn’t it?
Turns out no, it was the best decision he made in his life. It just... takes him a bit to realise that. A younger Yuuri and a younger Victor interact online and it turns out to be just what both of them needed.

Summary
In 2011, Victor Nikiforov disappeared from the world of figure skating. One day, he was a champion, and the next, he was gone, vanished from public life without a word. Although Yuuri Katsuki skated on without his idol, five years later he finds himself rudderless, reluctant to return to Hasetsu but sick of skating alone.
It takes a call to his sister to wake him to action. Tourism is down, and the Katsukis are thinking of selling Yu-topia. Desperate to send money home, Yuuri looks for a job in the US.
That's how he winds up in Chicago, standing on a stranger's doorstep to introduce himself as the family's brand new nanny. The last thing he expects is for Victor to be the one who opens the door.
But even as Yuuri settles into his job and bonds with Victor's daughter, questions arise. What happened to Victor's career? Where is the girl's mother? And what awaits Yuuri behind the many locked doors in Victor's aging brownstone?
