Or at least, a part of it. Although, the burning glare coming from those dull azure eyes served as an argument for otherwise.
Nothing, that was what Tartaglia was supposed to be to him. And he had been. Though there were times Capitano was allowed to witness his rowdiness first-hand. It was a disaster like everyone proclaimed, and he never intended to get more involved with him.
But the Tsaritsa didn’t care.
