   Summary

   On a seemingly random day, Suribachi is shaken by a huge explosion. Except it's not random and suddenly the ADA was asked to bring out Ranpo to investigate some form of cultist massacre? Meanwhile, a woman walks into ADA and a man into PM and suddenly, Yokohama's in the middle of some serious family chaos. Dazai, as always, is somehow in the center of it all.
