  Everywhere and nowhere,
  whispers of your presence remain,

  Through the black spot, a large mass had just fallen through and hit the floor with a wet smack. The room sounded as if it had a pulse as the curse brought itself up to its full height, towering over the bed. It was shaped like a black heart, and its surface was covered in eyes and teeth. Familiar eyes. Fushiguro recoiled backwards, his shaky resolve shattered as he realized what he’s done. 

  This is meant to be canon compliant and takes place between episode 5 (where Yuji's heart is ripped out from Sukuna) and episode 16 (the start of the tournament when Yuji shows up again).
