Summary
After finishing at the Fire Academy, Buck’s stopped on his way out by Captain Bobby Nash from the 118 — the most talked-about station in LA. Nash offers him a spot as their new probie, impressed by his background as a dispatcher and his record-breaking run through training.
But Buck turns him down. He knows what went down under the last captain, Gerard, and he’s not about to walk into a place still recovering from that kind of mess. He tells Nash the team needs time, trust, and probably therapy before anyone new shows up. When Nash flinches at the word “therapy,” Buck figures he made the right call.

Summary
Scott thought Stiles leaving BH for college was a betrayal to the pack, to him, and made it clear that Stiles would never be pack again. Thanks to Peter's preparations and suggestions, Stiles turned the next four years into the perfect foundation for one hell of an Emissarial canidate.
Coming back to Beacon Hills wasn't something Stiles was interested in - his prospects had grown beyond the small town. Stiles is turning away from the stationery store he and his (maybe) girlfriend have been looking in to follow her to the next window when she softly says “Daaaamn” and steps three feet to the side, dropping his hand in the process.
Confused, he looks over and follows her eyes to a man she’s staring at with a look on her face she’s definitely never directed at Stiles.

“Just answer your phone. You’ve done worse things.”
Maybe but it was the principle of the matter and just like that on cue, his phone vibrated. Stiles glared at the device and then towards Derek. “You owe me big time wolf man.”
He smirked and walked away as Stiles swiped the answer button. “I just want you to know that I am doing this under duress and seriously, you can pick anyone else so why me?”
“Well hello to you Sweetheart.”
“Don’t Sweetheart me Blue Eyes. Your work people suck.”
Stiles thought he overheard the other man sit due to the crackling leather sound that was probably his easy chair. “They do, hence you’re perfect. You’ll be mildly entertaining and not merely annoying as most others I could possibly invite. And, I presumed I could I bribe you with a chocolate shake and curly fries at Maxine’s after.”
Oh, he loves Maxine’s but, “do you think I’m that easy? Butter me up and throw some junk food at me and I’ll swoon to Peter Hale and be your stupid fake date?”
There was an aggrieved sigh that came over from the other side. “Fine, I’ll throw in a double bacon cheeseburger too.”
And, shit. He was totally that easy and a sucker for greasy food
