A truly awful day calls for a drink by the bar. However, the King's unexpected presence complicates things. And damn, did Alastor really want that drink.
Day 5: Domestic / Demon
Alastor offers to cook breakfast. Things don't go exactly as planned.
Day 6: Sleeping / Dance
After a fulfilling day, Alastor comes back to a suspiciously quiet Hotel. Something is not quite right.
Day 7: Beach / Day Out
Angel Dust complains that Hell doesn’t have its own beach and Lucifer decides it’s a perfect opportunity to test out his power in creating one. Alastor seems to be the only one not happy with the idea.

Summary
“My heat is next month,” Alastor begins, starting to pluck at the stray hair of Keekee’s from the fluff of the sweater.
Lucifer nods slowly, hands squeezing where they’re wrapped around his upper arms. “I know,” he says easily, “I’ve got my old room just about set up again. Did you need something more for your nest? I can sleep in the same pajamas for a few nights for you… Maybe a few pairs in case the first one loses the scent too quickly.”
The tightness around Alastor’s eyes grows, and barely-there glow of green at the upper corners of his mouth begins to show.
“Um, or not!” Lucifer exclaims, throwing his hands up in front of him. "Shit, sorry, I just assumed—”
“I don’t want that,” the demon bites out, causing that sinking feeling in Lucifer’s stomach to make another appearance. He seems to realize how that sounds, since he hurriedly follows it up with, “I want you there with me.”

Summary
Alastor didn't know what was wrong, why he felt this way, what was happening to him- he just knew that he had absolutely never felt this way before. The only other thing that he absolutely knew for certain was that he was going to die. It wasn't the same feeling that he had when he felt the searing pain of Adam's blade slicing through his torso. He refused to acknowledge his impending death that day. It wasn't even the same feeling that he had when he was bleeding from his head and being bitten by dogs. As pathetic of an exit as it was, he at least knew that he had great things ahead of him on the other side, whatever it was like. No. This was different. It was surely true death, one that he couldn't ignore, and it was absolutely terrifying.
