Summary
David Shield is the moon- bright in his own right and maybe even a bit beautiful if you’re looking at him from far away enough, but he’s no sun- he doesn’t exert enough gravity to draw anyone in, he can’t create his own light, and he most certainly isn’t some kind of life bringing and sustaining entity.
Toshinori Yagi is the sun- blinding, brilliant, and maybe a bit too beautiful if you look at him for too long. He pulls others into his orbit, sustaining them, letting them soak up the warmth of his rays. But he's no moon- there's no coolness or softness to his light. Anyone caught in his orbit keeps a reverent distance, too afraid to get close for fear of getting burned by his intensity.
David and Toshinori spend their lives closed off, focused on their work and taking care to keep the world at arm's length- that is until one fateful summer pulls them inexorably in each other's orbits.

It's Yuuri Katsuki's senior year of high school and all he wants to do is improve his journalism portfolio and get into Columbia University. He has to go through one more year of hell, one more year to just keep his head down and blend in, and then he's finally free to get out of East High School and move on with his life, but life has other plans for him. Plans in the form of Viktor Nikiforov, the most popular boy in school, and Yuuri's long-time crush, who inexplicably decides to force his way into Yuuri's life and try to get him to audition for East High's production of Grease. High school is already hard enough, especially when you're still in the closet, but it seems like things are about to get a lot more complicated
It's Viktor Nikiforov's senior year of high school and all he wants to do is track down the boy with the beautiful singing voice who stole his heart at Mila's last summer party. In an attempt to silence the ceaseless petitions for him to marry, he agrees to court Celebrían, with the understanding that nothing need change. Loving Elrond herself, she respects their relationship. And maybe she's feeling a little impishly spiteful having found herself unwittingly enmeshed in her mother's political aims.
