Summary
Sameen Shaw doesn't just need a job; she needs a purpose. Her BFF, Fusco, is convinced of it, so he asks his pal, John Reese to allow her to interview for job of bodyguard for Samantha "Root" Groves. Only because he's doing Fusco a favor, does John pass Shaw along to Root's overly protective uncle, Harold Finch. He's impressed with Shaw, although he's not quite sure why. He passes her on to his niece to make the final decision. Root's interview consists of tazing, drugging, and kidnapping Shaw to get to her to accept the position of bodyguard. She's never met anyone like Shaw, and Shaw has never met anyone who gets under her skin as badly as Root.
Promise - in spite of its length, it's an easy read.
PS I forgot to mention - I borrowed every Shaw-Root line from the talented writers of POI.Series

Summary
Sansa knew a lot of things about Margaery. For example, she knew that she had recently become obsessed with video games, much to her annoyance. She also knew how Margaery was delighted when her parents bought a summer house in Winterfell, because she loves spending summer breaks with her. She also knew how Margaery spent most of her time in the Starks' place, because why not?
Other things Sansa thought she knew. Like how it felt like Margaery was into one of her brothers, although she hadn't said a word about it. Sansa could be okay with the video game stuff (it was hard, but she was trying) but... she wasn't okay with that. She should be happy about it, right? Her best friend and her brother? Why not? But she could not... and she would not.
The reason? Not yet discovered. But Sansa had a whole summer to find out, didn't she?

Summary
After ending her time with the Faceless Men, Arya can finally go home. However, with the coming war against the White Walkers, Winterfell might not be safe for long. The Stark's best option: to ask the Targaryen princess for assistance when she finally wins the throne. Arya isn't very patient though, so she decides to give the dragon's army a hand in taking King's Landing, and maybe cross a few more names off her list while's she's at it. Actually crossing Daenerys Targaryes while on her mission wasn't really her intention, but the Gods sometimes have strange intentions for their people...
