Summary
On a cold winter’s night, Regulus seeks out his brother in the hopes of reconciliation. In his naivety, he falls victim to a cleverly orchestrated trick by Severus Snape, who is seeking revenge on Sirius for a nasty prank he pulled.
Now, Regulus is trapped in the Shrieking Shack with a fully transformed werewolf and no chance of escape.
Fear is an old friend of his and yet he hardly has a chance to truly feel it, not while the overgrown wolf is too busy making a nest to keep Regulus warm and licking away his tears.

Summary
I discovered there were no BakuDeku fics under the 'Spider-Man Kiss' tag and said, "fine, I'll do it myself".
Izuku eventually develops Blackwhip, but he doesn't tell anyone. Instead, he uses it as a quirk for a second identity of sorts, vigilantism becoming a nightly routine. It doesn't take long for Katsuki to get into trouble, and Izuku will always be there when Katsuki is in trouble.
This is almost completely from Katuski's point of view, but the summary honestly makes more sense focused on Izuku so there we go.I took the balcony rescue from the first Spider-Man, plus the classic upside down kiss and said, "now make it BakuDeku".

Izuku curled his tail as he spun slowly around the blond merman in front of him. The blond held himself unnaturally still, keeping Izuku in sight but not daring to move a muscle otherwise. Izuku’s eyes roamed the other, eyes catching on jagged black fins, the bright orange bioluminescence tracing across his tail and the tips of his fins, the dark claws at the end of his fingertips. Viridian met garnet as Izuku’s eyes caught the other Mer’s.

Katsuki’s fingers fidget on his blanket. His mind is nearly pulsing with the music overhead, the constant, loud noises from extras jumping and dancing worsening to actual pain. Katsuki will actually kill Todoroki. The next time he sees that bastard, nothing will stop him from dragging his two-toned ass through hell and back—
A shrinking crack overtakes the room.
Mina stills, eyes focusing on Katsuki again. “What was that?”
Katsuki looks up, scowling. “I don’t—”
And then the roof collapses above him.
