    “Yep, yeah, I mean, yes. Yes, Charlie Watson, that’s me.” She looks up at Bee again, clearly hoping for some help. Noah can tell he’s amused (and happy, so so so happy), but he doesn’t interfere. Charlie looks around to the rest of them and smiles awkwardly. “Sorry, Bee didn’t tell me your names. Not because he didn’t want to, obviously, but just, with the amnesia, and all of that, and then Sector 7 and then he left and it’s been a few years and just…” She stops abruptly, covering her mouth with her hand. Against it, she says, “sorry. I was just rambling. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Optimus.”

    He smiles. Optimus full on smiles, and Noah feels like he might have an aneurysm.
