Summary
In this fluffy fanfiction, I rewrite the scene in Zootopia 2 where Nick and Judy infiltrate the Zootennial gala. In my re-imagining, Nick and Judy don’t end up running into Gary at all. Yet, the evening is far from a waste; in a turn of events, Judy and Nick dance together and spend a beautiful night simply in each other’s company, their attraction for each other growing. Above all, through this refreshingly fun evening spent with her fox partner, Judy begins to warm up to the idea that her off hours don't always have to be filled with work.
