Draco is a child raised in a war that has cost him everything. Delphi is a ray of sunshine in an otherwise bleak world. Voldermort tries to co-parent and isn't too bad at it. They're all motherless children trying to claw a place in someone else's heart. The results aren't great but they're alive and getting better.
Also Harry's dead, there's a war against muggles, cities are burning and people are dying(?) by the thousands. The last part is relevant but only as background music."A child with a dead mother who’d only wanted her for a legacy, and a father who hadn’t wanted her at all. That was okay. Draco wanted her enough to make up for the both of them. “Have you changed your mind?”
There was silence. Draco looked up and saw that the Dark Lord was gazing down at Delphi, an unreadable expression in his eyes. “Perhaps,” he said. "

Summary
Tim can't believe what he's seeing. He knew it had been many hours since he'd slept, but really, having nightmare hallucinations about Bruce adopting another kid is a bit much.
When he finally finds his voice stuck at the back of his throat, realising this is nothing but an unfortunate reality, Tim smacks a hand over his face, "Bruce, no."
The man frowns, "It's Damian," he whispers in defence.
Tim feels his blood pressure skyrocket from that statement alone, "Like that's any better!"
(Damian gets hit with a de-age spell.)
