    “Yeah.” Wooyoung’s eyes narrow in slits, his ears facing forward. Seonghwa has a sudden urge to smack Wooyoung’s face away. “Why do you like the water so much, Park Seonghwa? What kind of hybrid are you?”

    What can Seonghwa answer? What will even count as a satisfactory answer? Knowing Wooyoung and his tendency to look for answers until he’s satisfied, a simple I like the water won’t be enough for him. But Seonghwa cannot - will not tell the truth.

    Seonghwa had plans - go to university, graduate and make sure no one finds out he's a siren. But as he gets closer to his classmate Hongjoong, the truth is suddenly harder to conceal.

    (or, Someone kidnapped Hongjoong, but they made a terrible mistake. They didn't account for the fact that Seonghwa was Hongjoong's bodyguard.)
