Summary
What none of the doctors in Central can tell about Alphonse's body's stint in limbo is the long-term consequences.
"Muscular atrophy, doubtlessly," the doctor says, and his eyes slip down to Ed's right arm, gaunt and incongruous with the rest of his body. "You're probably realising what that is like, yourself. You'll also have to go through physical rehabilitation."
Humorlessly and a tad sardonic, Ed thinks that Truth really had a bone to pick with them.
Or: Alphonse wakes up in the hospital, the night after Promised Day, having to deal with a freshly-returned body and all which that entails.

Summary
La pesadilla lo despertó. Se incorporó en el futón con un sobresalto, la garganta adolorida por un grito ahogado y los ojos empapados. Se miró las manos, sin comprender por qué sus uñas no eran garras ensangrentadas. Y entonces su corazón palpitó con fuerza y urgencia y se giró para mirar a Sasuke, para comprobar que su pecho todavía subía y bajaba y las vendas de su cuello seguían blancas.
Se encontró con la mirada de Sasuke, que estaba incorporado sobre un codo, extendía una mano hacia él y tenía el entrecejo fruncido.
Alternativamente: Después de la batalla, del levantamiento del pueblo contra Gato, del sacrificio de Haku y la última ofensiva demente de Zabuza, de la primera nevada que vio en su vida, la mente de Naruto estaba revuelta.

He woke up from the nightmare, sprung up on his futon with his throat hurting from a silent scream and his eyes wet. He looked down at his hands, uncomprehending when he didn’t see his nails elongated into bloodied claws. And then his heart lurched with urgency and he turned to look at Sasuke, to check that his chest still rose and fell and the bandages around his neck remained white.
He found Sasuke already looking at him, propped up on his elbow, a hand reaching out, and his eye-brows furrowed.
Or: In the aftermath of battle, of the village’s uprising against Gato, of Haku’s sacrifice and Zabuza’s mad last stand, of the first snowfall that he had ever seen, Naruto’s mind was buzzing incessantly.

Summary
After his big plan to rule the heavens goes down in flames, Vox finds himself powerless and out of luck. With no influence left and nowhere else to go, he somehow ends up at the Hazbin Hotel — and to his absolute horror, he’s stuck working there as the new receptionist.
He hates the job, he hates the guests, and he really hates that deer-looking sinner who won’t stop smirking at him. Most of the others have already lost their patience with him, but Charlie still insists on believing there’s some good left in him.
Of course, just when things couldn’t get worse, new problems start showing up at the hotel... and it doesn’t matter how much Vox complains, he’s getting dragged into it anyway.

Summary
Sasuke doesn’t smell like anything, and he prefers it that way. Being a beta means he doesn't need to buy scent patches or spend money on suppressants. He can be in full control of himself 100% of the time. He doesn't need to endure any hormonal cycles. And, most importantly, he's automatically removed from the drama surrounding alphas and omegas.
It's easy. It's the best.
