This is just a stupid Coffee Shop AU that revolves around Allison's choice to stay home to watch Nascar and have her Mom yell at her after the wake, instead of going to that bar. She never meets Kevin. Instead, she starts working at a coffee shop where she meets a moody, goth WHI freshman who comes into the Acoustic Java on Brussels Street to "study" once in a while, and it turns her world completely upside down.
