*I’m not writing about work, this time, but a personal matter.*
Baizhu receives a letter from his long time pen pal about a mysterious illness she has contracted, a sickness that that has caused plants to grow inside her lungs, forcing her to cough up stunted flowers. Curiosity piqued, Baizhu begins studying this disease in an effort to help his friend, not understanding what the cause is.
Emilie, in the meanwhile, has slowly come to realize the source of her strange sickness. But she decides to tell him later, after she's cured, hoping he'll love her the way she loves him.
It was only afterwards when he realized his mistake.
