“Everything comes back to guilt with him,” he tells Karen on a night out while Matt is running on rooftops wearing the superhero equivalent of a gimp suit. “He’s probably guilty about how he ties his shoelaces. Or the type of syrup he puts on his pancakes.”
“I mean, maple, right?”
“Matt likes blueberry.”
Karen clicks her tongue. “Shameful.”
“It's not that bad.”
“He should feel guilty for that.”
“Point is,” Foggy says so he doesn't fall into the trap of defending Matt’s syrup choices. “I think I have to learn how to beat people up.”

In which there are enough near-death experiences for everybody, Foggy is definitely not a kid sidekick, Matt, Hell’s Kitchen gets two Devils for the price of one, because it’s your lucky day, and it isn’t a love story, because they aren’t in love, obviously. Just dudes bein’ bros, yeah? Yeah, Karen must be broke as a fucking joke, because she ain’t bying it.
