Summary
The Skywalkers, both biological and adoptive, both from the current Clone Wars time and from the future and even from the past, take over the Jedi temple and make it their home.
All the Jedi who live in the temple are now guests of the Skywalkers.
And since the Skywalkers are the ones who are currently working to save the galaxy from the mass destruction that happened in the future they were all just living in, there’s not very much the High Council can do about it unless they want to all end up getting wiped out and the galaxy being ruled by Sith.
