You should’ve prepared yourself better to see him again, you should’ve been bracing yourself for the whirlwind for a few years, not just the three months after you’ve sent the RSVP for Karkat’s wedding. You felt sick the whole plane ride across the Atlantic Ocean, convincing yourself it was just nerves that anyone would get from having to be in the same room as their ex. Except you weren’t just anyone and he wasn’t just an ex and goddamit you were right to feel like the world was ending because looking at him again after all those lonely years felt like being hit by a bullet train.
You would think eight years would be enough to teach a guy a lesson or two about not sleeping with his ex boyfriend.

His face was softened by the night sky kissing him all over, the sea of stars reflected shining like pools of water in his eyes, another trickle of blood gushing from his broken nose “I really want to remember this one.”
Tartaglia does not always come home in the best condition but he comes home regardless.

Summary
Tim knew he was jumpy and on edge, like he was always expecting someone to come from just out of sight. He knew that he was noticing things lately, little details that he had never noticed before, that didn’t seem to add up. He knew that even when Bart and Cassie were running around and screaming at the top of their lungs, Young Justice headquarters felt a little bit too quiet. He just didn’t know why it was happening. The League of Assassins wasn’t after him, there was no drama in his personal life, most of the major supervillains were locked up, and there weren’t any drugs he knew of that could produce these specific symptoms and no others.
AKA - Kon gets erased from reality, and Tim keeps trying to figure out why there are so many weird gaps in his life.

Kon laughs, but it sounds like a sob. “Can you believe it? He programmed me to make me—make me his—”
“Stop!” Tim’s voice cuts in, loud. The Red Robin voice. Kon knows it well, and he responds to it even better. He loves when Tim sounds like that, most of the time. He likes to make jokes about Tim using it on him in bed, but not like this.
“‘M sorry,” Kon sobs. This is mortifying. This is a mistake. He thought he’d moved past this, thought he could handle how humiliating it is to admit that he is— “I’m a sex doll,” he cries, swiping at the tears on his face.
