Brad Pitt’s eyes dragged up him, from foot to toe. “For the car,” he replied, setting the keys firmly into George’s awaiting palm, a neatly folded bill slipped in alongside. Grasping George’s free hand, he shook it firmly, slipping a small envelope into the palm unnoticed. A couple bills—big ones—and a key card. “And for later. If you’re free.”
George pocketed both with a wordless nod.
“I hear this place has excellent service.” With a wink, he was gone, strolling up the stairs and into the lush warmth of the hall. George slipped into the car and put it in gear. What a night. And it was only getting started.

“So,” Alex smirked, cornering him in their little office, his feet propped up on George's desk. “Still offering full service, eh?”“It pays the bills,” George mumbled, ignoring his friend’s knowing gaze. This wasn’t the first offer he’d received, and it wouldn’t be the last. And while George didn’t exactly advertise his… services, he didn’t turn the offers down either.

“I’m George,” the guy – George – says, not offering a hand. “Nice weather out here, don’t know how you race like this.”
Max is busy staring at the pearly whites blinding him. There’s no way this guy hasn’t had work done. Lips like those, plump and pouty, would probably burst if Max bit on them. The paddock has become a cesspool of influencers and celebrities since Netflix came in with their cameras, but it still rubs Max the wrong way, how they prance around knowing nothing about racing and offering their inane opinions.
“It’s fine,” he dismisses, gripping the ball. “I’m good at what I do.”
“I’m sure you are,” George says, flashing another cookie-cutter smile. “Good luck on Sunday, then.”
