Summary
June always said she wasn’t claustrophobic—until grief proved her wrong. Six months after the death of her best friend Adalia, June navigates the quiet, suffocating aftermath of love lost. From plastic water bottles left in her car to old Snapchat memories, everything reminds her of what used to be, of who used to be there. In a world that hasn’t changed, except for the unbearable absence of Adalia, June learns that while love whispers in the background, grief screams—and it leaves no room to breathe.
