Summary
Robby frowned and looked at Jack. "Is it me or are you now off Monday through Thursday?"
"Yeah, I figure we can drive out Tuesday morning and come back in time for my shift Friday night."
Robby's eyebrows rose in surprise. "Did someone invite you to the cabin I rented?" Jack tilted his head and just looked at Robby, silent and expectant. After a long moment, Robby huffed a resigned laugh, like he wondered why he even bothered protesting. "Jack, would you like to come hiking with me?"

Summary
When Trinity finds out it was Dennis that said the "q" word and cursed them all to today's chaos, she's definitely not going to want Dennis to continue to be her roommate, even if she wasn't trying to get rid of him already. As if being a first year resident isn't hard enough, Dennis finds himself stressed at the possibility of losing his first home in a long time, and despite his best efforts to be an adult about it, it's hard to find a moment for a conversation between the never ending slog of patients. At least Doctor Langdon can probably recommend movers - but who is Dennis kidding, he can't afford movers, and he doesn't have enough stuff to need them, even with what he's accumulated at Trinity's in 13 months.
Although really, he thinks, she should be grateful. She isn't stuck with Langdon on the morning nursing home arrivals anymore.Or

Summary
For the most part, Robby likes living alone.
He likes the quiet of the mornings, drinking coffee with a book on the porch and nothing but birdsong to interrupt his peace. Likes the space, both mental and physical, likes cooking himself a meal or hogging the blankets knowing he won’t get in anyone else’s way. And when loneliness starts to creep in, he reminds himself what happened with all the people who’ve tried to walk that path with him before.
For the most part, Robby likes living alone.
…Except when all three of his fucking horses get loose at once.
