    Before Spider-Man's identity was revealed, many theories were created about his everyday life. Most recently, a popular theory stated that Spider-Man was, in some way, sick. His health was brought into question after a comment he made during an interview at Westpoint children’s hospital. See this article for Spider-Man’s comment.

    Not long after that theory was created, his identity was revealed, proving that theory true. See this article for more about Spider-Man’s identity.

    Spider-Man is Peter Parker, and Peter Parker is dying of cancer.

     

    Or, Peter Parker is not dying if cancer. Really, he’s not. Somehow though, he seems to be the only one who believes that.
