Summary
Shouta jumped a bit when a large hand was on his knee, Yagi’s attempt to ease Shouta’s apparent frustration. Yagi squeezed it lightly, “You’re a good kid, Shouta. I look forward to being part of your life and you in mine.” The hand seemed to inch up slowly, dragging across his thigh until the tips of Yagi’s fingers dipped into the crevice of his inner thigh and squeezed again.
The touch made Shouta’s skin crawl with repulsion, but he made no effort to slap his hand away. Yagi was just being friendly. He shouldn’t overthink things and jump to conclusions.
It was just a friendly touch.

Shouta’s mom has a new boyfriend who’s considered his step-dad now, and he’s anything but normal. He’s too interested in Shouta— but, of course, no one notices except Shouta himself.
