Kris puts the phone away, before choosing to look up at the ceiling and think. They weren't going to lie, they absolutely loved how their friends acted. It was nice. Even with the constant presence of the SOUL, watching them. It wasn't acting, though, it actually granted them autonomy as soon as December came.

Maybe Christmas wouldn't so bad after all.
