Name (Hero Name): Komaru Souji
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 33
Physical Description: Average height, slightly overweight. Balding, but otherwise plain. Nasal, irritating voice.
Quirk: Gustatory Emotions (mutation/emitter). The ability to ‘taste’ emotions using the mutated taste buds along the sides of his slightly elongated tongue. Can emit ‘tastes’ to people within range if the emotion is strong enough.
Notes: A side effect of his quirk is that when he experiences a particularly strong emotion, Komaru can accidentally cause others around him to ‘taste’ it. As a result of this (and Komaru’s consistent feelings of bitterness and envy, which taste ‘sour’) he has earned the nickname Sour Souji.
Name (Hero Name): Imamura Junko
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 58
Physical Description: Slim and strict-looking. Greying hair pulled into a low bun. Strong nose and cheekbones. Always has perfectly manicured nails, polished and pointed.
Quirk: Docility (emitter). A mucus-like substance builds under the nails that, when introduced to someone’s bloodstream (usually via a scratch), induces a hallucinogenic state that renders the person docile. The mucus can also induce feelings of fear, pain, paranoia, etc. Can be used as a makeshift truth serum, since the docile subject may not think to lie, but isn’t consistent enough to be deemed legitimate, like Polygraph.
Notes: Izuku’s former handler and now the Head of the Asset Recruitment Department. She takes personal interest in providing Izuku’s supplementary debriefs. The Worst TM.
Name (Hero Name): Kurosawa Komitsu
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 62
Physical Description: Tall and broad, some bear-like features, but largely human. Very low, rumbling voice.
Quirk: Bear Sense (mutation). This Quirk gives Kurosawa the heightened senses of a bear, especially smell and hearing. This has resulted in minor mutations including the low voice, beady eyes, and excess body hair. It is said he also files down his claw-like nails every week.
Notes: Head of the Commission’s Recruits programs, both Hero and Asset.
Name (Hero Name): Kimamori Yuki
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 47
Physical Description: Nasal voice and a quirk mutation that gives her leafless twigs in her hair. Chin-length bob, dyed brown. Hazel eyes. Petite.
Quirk: Winter Preservation (emitter). Kimamori’s quirk allows her to preserve fruit as if they were frozen by winter frost, keeping them edible for up to two extra months.
Notes: One of the members of Izuku’s debrief board in the Commission. Overuse of her quirk can lead to mild frostbite. Sometimes the twigs in her hair rustle with movement.
Name (Hero Name): Sasaki Touma
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 76
Physical Description: A squat old man, balding with a ring of grey hairs from one ear to the other across the back of his head and whiskers on his chin. His voice is croaky, and he is often either dismissive of others or drawling with a sense of superiority.
Quirk: Smoke Signal (emitter), This quirk allows him to emit smoke from his ears and nose, usable to indicate a need for aid or provide a location. He is only able to emit small amounts of smoke, but has a fine precision over the appearance (shape, colour, opaqueness, etc.).
Notes: Another of the members of Izuku’s debrief board. Often releases smoke rings from his ears when overly emotional, especially distressed. Has an affinity for smoking cigars.

Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 64
Physical Description: Tall, broad and muscled man with salt and pepper hair in a military-style cut. Clean shaven. Scarring on his forearms and one leg.
Quirk: Unknown
Notes: Legal name unknown. One of the HPSC staff in charge of training Izuku to be an asset. Past unknown. Retires prior to the Stain Arc, right after using a favour to get Izuku an official provisional license. Has an antique stopwatch that is always on his person. Is known for brutal work ethic and disdain for ‘slackers’. Has been known to break bones if his orders are disobeyed.
Name (Hero Name): Chinen Ayane
Pronouns: She/They
Age: 15
Physical Description: medium height and build. Stocky. Dexterous but short fingers. Black hair, usually either braided or in space buns. Eyes are larger than average; pastel blue iris with distinct markings that look a bit like a measuring tape around the pupil. Two moles on one cheek.
Quirk: Fabsight (mutation). This quirk ensures the user has the ability to gain insight into the materials and properties of any fabric they can see. They can typically gain information about material components, strength, stretch, age, wear, any weaknesses/tears, etc. It does take time to get a full scan, so the quirk would not be ideal for fast paced high intensity situations.
Notes: A member of the Support course at UA; Class 1I. Chinen uses their quirk to help them design and create hero costumes. She was responsible for the edits made to Kaminari’s and Jirou’s underclothes (shirts, pants, etc.) after Aizawa’s gear-checking class.
Name (Hero Name): Muranaka Haruhi
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 36
Physical Description: Brown hair in a pixie cut and eyes that look like a lightning storm (a few shades of grey, sometimes they glow)
Quirk: Eye of the Storm (mutation). This quirk allows the user to see the air currents and pressure (hot fronts, cold fronts, etc.), which Muranaka uses to predict weather patterns and best dispatch the heroes of the Aviary to different call-outs and patrols. This affects her eyes, making them look like an active storm when she is using her quirk actively.
Notes: Receptionist at the Aviary and professional Keigo wrangler. No-nonsense for the most part, but with a wickedly dry sense of humour. Sneaks Tokoyami and Izuku sweets when they go to the lobby. Deliberately plays dumb when Keigo catches her and complains about not getting any. Her weather reading has saved Keigo from many a soggy patrol during a storm.
Name (Hero Name): No Noboru (High Rise)
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 29
Physical Description: Brown hair and eyes, powerful calves. Doesn’t skip leg day. Very boy-next-door.
Quirk: Ascend (emitter). His quirk allows him to immediately transport himself to any surface within eyesight that is higher than his current position.
Notes: Hero at the Aviary. Relatively new to the Agency but not to heroics. Not affiliated with the HPSC beyond a general awareness of them. Works under Hawks. His hero costume includes moon-shoe-like boots that are designed for him to be able to fall/jump from high places and land without injury on the ground or lower floors, so that he may use his quirk repeatedly in battle. Fun-loving but with good work ethic.
Name (Hero Name): Katou Koatsu (Ballaste)
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 24
Physical Description: Broad, medium height. Strong. Boxer’s physique. Buzz cut and blue eyes.
Quirk: Self-Dense (emitter). Gives her the ability to affect her own gravity/gravitational centre, making herself heavier or lighter as needed.
Notes: When using her quirk to make herself heavier, she cannot lift her legs very high, as the extra gravity does impact her strength. Therefore she needs enough muscle mass to move at the higher gravity. Loud and rough and brash. Think if Uraraka and Kirishima had a daughter that was then partially raised by Bakugo.
Name (Hero Name): Arai Mon
Pronouns: She/They
Age: 28
Physical Description: Pink hair, tattoos, pierced ears and septum. Curvy, short. Long neck, barrel chest, large ears. Half-elf vibes.
Quirk: Lullaby (mutation). Mon’s vocal cords are mutated to have incredible range and mimicking ability, which shows itself in her ability to find the most soothing frequencies to soothe someone with singing. She has a slightly longer neck than might be considered normal, but nothing visually uncomfortable. Her ears are also slightly larger to better hear and mimic sounds. She also has slightly larger lungs, and looks a little barrel-chested.
Notes: Foster mother to Shinsou Hitoshi and three other children. One baby of her own (single, IVF with donor). Works as a music therapist, specialising in children taken from bad situations. Appears in the sideshot 'Variance'.
