Chapter Text
Scene opens to a large city with many citizens going about their day, many with blissful smiles others seemingly with a nervous edge.
(A faceless voice speaks up and starts to narrate)
Ah the City of Townsville a large bustling prosperous city filled with people from all sorts of life. Various scenes are displayed perhaps crossing a street after the traffic lights turn red, a hot dog vendor selling his wares, a police officer writing a ticket.
Though don't let it's shining splendor fool you it was just a decade ago Townsville was one of the most crime ridden cities around. Not to mention one of the few that could compete with Gotham crime rates, with the added "bonus" of the occasional monster attack.
But it was also a decade ago those crimes rate for Townsville started going down and all thanks to it's protectors the Powerpuff Girls!
Scenes of the girls in question unfold depicting scenes of them through out the years fighting crime till reaching and flashing toward the present day. Yes the Powerpuff Girls these tiny tots certainly brought the criminal element and various evils to a stand still.
Of course these days they aren't so tiny anymore~
With a scene depicting the present day puffs doing chores around the Utonium household. No the Powerpuff Girls have become teenagers but are still kicking bad guy butt.
A 15 year old with long red hair (tied with a red ribbon) dressed in a red dress, white long socks and black Mary jane shoes was smiling as she levitated up and started vacuuming the ceiling.
While in the kitchen a short black haired girl teenager dressed like her sister only in bright green frowned grumpily as she looked at the dishes before sighing and started to wash them at super speed pace in blinding green light.
And finally a blond haired (styled in pigtails) girl was outside washing the house windows as she hummed pleasantly
Hehe yes our heroes have certainly grown up since their kindergarten days huh~ Much to the misfortune of the various baddies that try to cause trouble for our beloved city. Baddies like the
Gangreen Gang, a scene of the gang in the junk yard rough housing with each other till it ended with Big Billy doing a body slam on the others
Fuzzy Lumpkins, scene of of Fuzzy sitting on his cabin porch casually playing his banjo before blinking as he noticed a deer on his property causing to roar in rage as he brought out his trusty boomstick and started firing away while roaring in anger.
Mojo Jojo, scene of the large brained green simian tinkering away at some unknown device in his volcano lair with a dark frown.
Princess Morbucks, A scene of the now 15 old teenage Princess Morbucks still possessing her long dark red curly hair (That she believed complimented her generous figure wonderfully~) while wearing a yellow long sleeved short, purple skirt, white long socks, and purple heels.
Sitting inside some office and apparently in the middle of a phone call as she impatiently tapped her fingers against the desk.
And of course (the narrators voice gets nervous at the last name)....HIM, a scene of some strange limbo like realm with evil green eyes glowing as they watched Townsville through mystically created screens.
All of whom have gone against our fair protectors and lost~ The narrator told the audience with a tone of pride.
Though...a nervous edge that matched the fear when he mentioned HIM, in the past year a new villain has joined the ranks of Townsville villains. A villain so demented, so carnage incarnate, he might very well rival HIM.
And this villain...this monster...is...
The narrator began to explain before a large explosion echoed across Townsville
BOOM!
And at that the center of the explosion a ghostly bulky muscular figure was seen hovering laughing.
The figure possessed snow-white flaming hair with a ponytail, light turquoise skin, red eyes with dark lines around them. He also had pointed ears, fangs and a goatee.
He was wearing a black jumpsuit with a gray trim, a white belt, black gloves, white boots, and a stylized DP emblem on his chest. Finally he wore a cape which is white on the outside and black on the inside.
And right now he was laughing as he wildly shot green energy blasts from his hands while laughing like a maniac destroying parts of the street and near by buildings along with the cars, "Hehe I love the sound of chaos in the morning!"
He yelled with a mad eager grin as he shot down at a car that was attempting to speed away from the scene smirking at the driver as they screamed in panic as the car appeared at first to hit the spectral menace only for the apparent villain to phase through the car as it ran through him while grabbing the driver from their seat phasing them out of the car along the way.
Causing the car to shoot pass now without it's driver and crash into a near by street light, "BOOM! While the villain smirked down at the driver who was quivering and gibbering as they were held up easily by the figure, "Honestly pal where did you get your driving licensee a cereal box~"
The figure rhetorically asked with a laugh before throwing the civilian high up into the air with a cruel laugh as they screamed only for a flash of green light to zip by and snag them safely away from hitting the ground
Causing Dan to pause before giving a amused smirk at the sound of three all too familiar voices,
"Not so fast." A stern voice with hint of intelligence said.
"Dan.." A bubbly voice spoke next with a slight giggle.
"Phantom." The last voice finished sounding rough with a slight edge that spoke of eagerness for violence.
"Ah if it isn't three of my favorite beautiful heroines~" The now named Dan Phantom said with a dark smirk as they turned around and laid their eyes on the girls in question, "How are you this lovely morning?"
They asked with a cordial tone that contradicted their evil grin acting as he was greeting close friends (Or even more.) and wasn't just moments ago causing all the wide spread destruction surrounding them.
"We were great until we saw your ugly face!!!" called Buttercup in anger.
This villain had been a pain in the ass for the PPG for a while now...not only because of the continuous attacks, but also because he tended to leave mid-battle and acted like if this was a game for him the whole time.
it made the trio (specially the green sister) steam in anger
Dan however simply smirked at Buttercup, "Well how else would I get the attention of this town three beautiful heroes?" He rhetorically asked crossing his arms, "After all.." He placed his hand against his heart, "the sight of you three is enough to make my cold heart beat again~"
Blossom and Buttercup looked at him in anger...however, unseen by then, their blonde-blue wearing-sister looked away with a blush on her face
Dan however noticed this and his smirk grew as he gave a knowing chuckle at the sight before he continued speaking, "You know it's such a lovely day.."
He said folding his arms behind his back, "The citizens are screaming, the buildings are burning.." He shot them a demented grin, "A perfect day for a romantic picnic if you ask me~" He said giving a chuckle as he started to hover into the air, "What do you say girls interested?" He asked with a arched brow
"Oh sure" said Buttercup "here is a knuckle-sandwich!!!" she cried launching like a missile against Dan with a fist ready to hit
Dan however arched a brow as he turned intangible causing Buttercup to zip right through him and land in the ground with a loud BOOM!
With Dan simply smirking as he turned half way looking down at the newly created crater and Buttercup as he returned to a tangible state, "Honestly Buttercup you might be cute but you aren't exactly smart are you." He said with a arched brow, "I mean that's what hundredth time you've fallen for that trick?"
He mused asking himself as he rubbed his chin
"Grrr im just warming up!!!" cried the green Puff charging again...not noticing her pink sister was behind Dan charging her laser vision and firing thinking Dan was distracted
Dan however realized what was happening as he quickly twisted around not only to dodge Buttercup but also shoot a ecto-blast from his right hand at Blossom to throw off her aim

"Oof!
SMACK! "HEY..YARG!" BOOM!
And in the next few seconds his blast hit it's mark on Blossom stomach throwing her back as she shot her own blast and as Buttercup tried to tackle him he not only dodged her but also smacked her ass throwing her right into Blossom shot
"Grrr....watch where youre shooting at!!!" Yelled Buttercup in anger at Blossom
Blossom while rubbing her stomach shot Buttercup a annoyed look, "I'm sorry but you're the one who got in the way by being gun ho again." The "leader" of the Puffs told her sister chiding giving her a stern look, "I told you we need to stick to the plan."
Buttercup however rolled her eyes, "Plan sman all I need is right here." She told her sister while punching her fist into her palm much to Blossom annoyance
Though as the two argued a invisible Dan slipped over by Bubbles and gave her neck a little lick before whispering huskily into her ear, "Hello my dear~"
"Eppp-ummmmmmm" Bubbles had to quickly cover her mouth to stop herself from crying out of surprise as she looked at Dan with a blush in her face
Dan still wearing a dark amused smirk wrapped his arms around Bubbles in a tight hold as he lifted up after dropping his invisibility, "So how's the most innocent of the puffs doing today?"
He asked with a slight husky growl and sarcastic emphasis on the word innocent
"I...I...we should..." Bubbles looked down in shame "we...we should be...fighting" she said as her body shivered
"Hehe yes that we should.." Dan said squeezing the girl closer to his chest in a bear hug, "though if you want we could skip to you submitting to me instead~" He said with a coy tone as a forked serpent tongue hissed out and licked at her neck sensually
"ummm D-Dan.uuummmm... my...my sisters could...seee us" she said with a shiver as her legs rubbed toguether
Dan at this simply chuckled as he still saw Blossom and Buttcup distracted trust their annoyance toward him plus their sisterly rivalry to light a fuse but he knew Bubbles was right, "Yes I suppose we'll have to put a pin this."
He mused in a low tone adding in a husky whisper, "Make sure to show up to Morbucks mansion later.." he told her licking at her neck, "And don't forget your collar~" He said giving a chuckle, "Princess misses her pet after all~"
"Ummmmm!!!" another shiver traveled the girl´s body
Something that Dan noticed as he gave a chuckle, "Don't worry pet your mistress and I will be making you squeal soon enough." He promised nibble at her ear, "But for now.." He gave a dark mischievious grin, "let's make this look good."
He told the girl before loosening his grip to drop her only to grab her by the hair and send her flying toward her sisters though not before giving her ass a good slap SMACK!
"Ahhhhhh!!!!" Bubbles couldnt help but cry before crashing onto her sisters.
"Huh!"
"WhaT?!"
Buttercup and Blossom exclaimed as their sister slammed into them sending them carrying at high speeds towards building crashing through it with a mighty
BOOM!
And inside the three puffs laid in a groaning pile with the surrounding area destroyed from their impact, "Ugh..Bubbles..what the heck?!" Buttercup demanded as she sat up rubbing her head glaring at her sister as Bubbles also got up with a groan and weakly protested, 'it wasn't my fault!"
She said her face bright red from the earlier smack to her butt as well as Dans words knowing what awaited her later today before blinking confused, "Um..wheres Blossom?" She asked confused only to hear a muffled groaning under her and looked down seeing that she was sitting on her sisters face giving a good view under her skirt in the process and sister or not Bubbles found her face turning more red not helped by stray dirty thoughts that entered her mind when she realized their position.
"bff hahahahahaha" although Buttercup´s laughs....yeah no...they didnt help "comfortable butt-face? hahahahaha"
At this joke Blossom gave a muffled groan of anger as Bubbles bounced up into the air squealing, "Sorry, sorry, sorry!"
She said her face bright red as Blossom sat up with her own cherry red face rubbing her head, "It's okay Bubbles." She told her sister with a weak smile, "Though i'm guessing Dan took you by surprise huh?"
She surmised as Bubble gave a shy nod looking away from her sister while Buttercup gave annoyed growl, "i'm really getting tired of this jerkface!" She said punching at the ground
"Me too Buttercup" agreeded Blossom "but we cant rush into battle against him!!" she scowled "with his variety of powers we need a coordinate and well thought plan if we want to have a chance of winning"
"Plan huh." The girls paused and all of them turned toward the hole in the wall where they crashed through seeing Dan floating there with a thoughtful frown, "I might have one.." He shot the girls a smirk, "You three give up playing hero and have some real fun with me as we thrash this city."
He said in a teasing semi serious tone, "What do you say.." He licked his lips giving the girls a look that made them feel like he was undressing them with his eyes, "I promise to show you a good time~" He said giving a dark chuckle
Bubbles blushed at the idea while Blossom and Buttercup turned in anger at him.
"In your dreams freak!!!" cried Buttercup before launching herself against Dan again.
"Buttercup!!! What did i just say?!!!" cried Blossom
And as Buttercup sped forward Dan simply smirked though this time instead of dodging it by phase through the attack he simply raised a glowing green left hand and held it up to Buttercup who inches away from her punch landing on his face froze as her entire form glowed with the same ecto energy from Dans hand.
He gave a smirk chuckling as he raised up his right hand rubbing her cheek smirking at her, "Anyone ever tell you you're cute when you're angry?" He asked as Buttercup gave a growl and flushed in both anger and embarrassment only for her eyes to pop wide open as Dan thrust his face forward and latched his lips on the frozen puffs
"UMMMMMM!!!!" Buttercup´s eyes open wide.
Blossom´s jaw fell in shock
Bubbles...blushed...as in her whole face turned red
Internally Dan was laughing his ass off at their reaction while enjoying the kiss exploiting the frozen puff shock to deepen it as he worked his serpent tongue inside her mouth while moving his hand behind her head
"Uggg uggggg" feeling his tongue inside her mouth Buttercup tried harder to struggle out his grip
And as she struggled Dan simply deepen the kiss much to the shock of Bubbles and Blossom the former unnoticed by the latter found her hand wondering down as she blushed before feeling a pair of familiar arms wrap around and turn her around
Blossom herself shook her head forgetting her shock wheich quickly turned into anger, "LET HER GMM!" She started to demand getting ready to only to feel a hand lay a strong grip on her shoulder whirling her around and finding her lips silence with a mouth

She roared zooming straight there in a flash of pink light and laying her strongest hit on the duplicate while being careful to not hit Bubbles

The punch sent the duplicate flying back straight through the wall into the next building over where it was destroyed when it hit the ground as Blossom turned her attention toward Bubbles who was floating with a dazed gaze and silly look on her face as she gripped her shoulder, "Bubbles are you okay?!"
Blossom asked worriedly looking over her sister state despising the idea she let that pervert touch her
"Ah ah ah ah B-blossom?" she asked with a confused tone and a lost look.
"Yes it's me are you okay?" Blossom repeated frantically looking into her sister eyes, "Did that bastard hurt you?" She asked frowning, "I'm so sorry for letting touch you like that!" She said feeling furious at this and disappointed in her self as leader for letting this happen to her sisters.
Meanwhile Buttercup´s body began glowing as she focus her energy and release it in one explosion pushing Dan away.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" she cried in rage
And as Dan was thrown back by the explosion all he could do was laugh madly, "HEHhhahahahahha~" As he came to skidding stop across the street before a green light shot toward him

"AAAAAARRRGGGGGGG!" A light that was screaming with rage fueled by violation and other feelings Buttercup didn't want to process as she managed to tackle Dan and started whaling on him

However despite Buttercup roars of anger Dan simply kept laugh and laughing, "Ahahaha yeah that's it baby..hurt ME MORE!" He yelled looking up at Buttercup with a mad grin, "Always..knew..you..were...into...kinky..stuff~" He said between Buttercup punches
"AHHHHHHHH!!!!" buttercup roared in anger sending a powerfull eye-beam sending Dan crashing through a couple of buildings and onto a gas station

A explosion and sight that was witness by her sisters as they flew out of the building they had crashed into and the sigh shaking Bubbles out of her daze as she stared in shock horror before shouting, "BUTTERCUP!"
She zipped over next to her sister alongside Blossom all three of them staring at the flaming wreckage of the gas station, "WHAT DID YOU DO!?" She shrieked in horror internally hoping that Dan was okay.
Buttercup just stood there patting like an angry bull still looking in hate at where Dan "exploded"
"What?!" she yelled "I taught that creep a lesson" she said crossing her arms
Bubbles herself whirled at Buttercup feeling more distraught and furious than she ever had before in her life as she found her hand raising without realizing it and bringing it down to her sisters face
SMACK! With the sound of the slap echoing as Buttercup clutched it staring at her sister in shock alongside Blossom, "YOU MIGHT HAVE REALLY HURT HIM BUTTERCUP!" Bubbles shrieked indignant her worry for Dan and anger at her sister causing her to lose her cool and forget her true feelings and ties toward their enemy needed to be kept a secret
"Hey!!!!" Buttercup cried in surprise "Whats your problem?" she asked "if anything that...pervert deserved more!!!"
Before a glaring Bubbles could retort the three heard dark laughter coming from the flaming gas station with the flames turning a ghostly snow-white, "Hehe..did..I now~"
A shadowy outline said before it walked out revealing Dan rubbing and cracking his neck with a slight groan, "Hmm..what..kinda..punishment you got in mind?" He asked sending Buttercup a teasing smirk, "If it involves you. a bdsm outfit. a riding crop, and maybe some wax.."
The grin grew into a leer as he crossed his arms, "Than I might actually be tempted to turn myself in~"
Buttercup felt her jaw fell

"Hmm..what..can I day." Dan said with a shrug and smug smirk, "It pays to have a healing factor~" He said giving a laugh as that had been one ability he had been working to strengthen and perfect just in case.
"Grrrrr...well then it means i will have to hit HARDER!!!" the green puff said in anger trying to launch at him again.
Only for Blossom to grab her by the leg keeping her in place.
"Buttercup wait!!!"
"WHAT?!" The tomboy of the sisters said glaring down at her brainiac of a sister in annoyance while Bubbles unseen gave a sigh of relief at seeing Dan okay and sent him a concern look as Buttercup snapped at Blossom, "Why should I wait to give that pervert a butt kicking..ESPECIALLY AFTER WHAT HE JUST DID!?"
She yelled enraged as Blossom and Bubbles both flushed at the reminder the puffs (or at least Buttercup and Blossom) never having been violated like that much less by one of their enemies at least in the sexual sense.
"I...i know you are angry" started Blossom "believe me i am too...but thats why we cant rush...we need to think because brute force is not working!"
"She's right we need to distract him by stripping naked!" Bubbles voice yelled out causing Blossom and Buttercup to freeze and stare at their sister in shock before realizing she was as shocked as them and the voice didn't come from her, "Good idea Bubbles but we should also make out at the same time~"
Blossom voice spoke next coming from Dan Phantom before he finished in Buttercups voice, "Yeah and than to really sell it we should beg him to beat us down real good~" He said with a wide leer giving a perverted laugh while internally thinking that while being able to figure out how to mimic other peoples voices wasn't that useful combat wise it certainly had it perks when it came to fun~
"YOU BASTARD!!!" cried Buttercup turning to punch him
However Dan simply gave a laughed as he turned intangible and sunk into the ground
"AHHHHH GET BACK HERE YOU BASTARD!!!" cried Buttercup flying through the street (and creating a new crater )
"BUTTERCUP STOP!" Blossom shouted and zipped after her sister, "YOU'RE GOING TO TEAR THE WHOLE CITY APART!"
Bubbles looked unsure if she should follow them or not
Before turning as she heard a voice laugh behind her, "Hehe certainly enthusiastic aren't they~" And saw Dan raise from the street behind her with a amused smirk, "Than again I just have that affect on the ladies~"
He told Bubbles with a amused smirk
"Ummm shouldnt you...umm be fighting them?" Bubbles asked wiggling in place
"Hehe we should~" Dan said with a smirk, "After all.." He arched a brow, "it's not yet time to show where your heart and loyalties really lay with just yet."
He said in a low dark tone before sending Bubbles a smirk, "Though if you want we could say we fought and instead skip to me having my wicked way with you~" He told her with a teasing smile and laugh.
"gulp....I....well...ummm you could" Bubbles rubbed her arm "i mean...just so you dont keep breaking the city...you could...well...disappear and we could...call it a day?"
"Hehe..oh I don't know.." Dan said in a dark teasing tone as he stepped forward and cupped Bubbles chin in his hand tilting her head up to look at him, "I was kinda looking forward to defeating three cute heroines and than having my wicked way with them~"
He said leaning down, 'If I leave will a certain bubble butt hero make it worth my time?" He asked in a coy tone letting his tongue slither out to lick her face
"Ummm" Bubbles shivered "I...i think...i can do that" she said with a blush "I...how about i...umm i give you a token that..i will do so?"
"A token?" Dan asked with a tilt of his head as he lowered his hand down from her chin to her left breast giving it a squeeze as he asked, "What did you have in mind?"

Bubbles let out a sigh of relief (and pushed her skirt a bit further down to cover herself) before going after her sisters to keep appearances
Speaking of said sisters Buttercup temper was flaring as she zip and zag all through the city and even a bit through the sewers but was having no luck in finding that perverted bastard, "ARG COME OUT AND FIGHT ME LIKE A MAN YOU COWARD!" She yelled out floating high above Townsville while glaring down with clenched fists.
Her roar being heard and echoing all across the city causing it's citizens to look up either nervously or curiously.
While others like other enemies and members of the Powerpuff Girls rogue gallery such as the Gangreen gang looked up with amused smirks, "Dah..what that?" Big Billy asked with a confused blink looking high at the dot in the sky from their junkyard while Snake standing by hissed out a answer, "Thatsss the sssound of a pisssed off puff~"
He said with a chuckle as Ace leaning on a car near by reading a magazine glanced up with a smirk, "Hehe guess that Dan guy causing trouble again~" He told his gang giving a laugh with the others joining in
"Hahahaha i wonder if he gave that Buttercup a wedgie again" laughed Arturo remembering one of the battles of the girls vs the new guy.
"pffffff" Grubber called.
"Hahahaha oh you right" laughed Ace "making their clothes intangible mid-battle again would be great again" he said putting out a phone with a pic of a naked Buttercup
Something all the gang members gave lecherous gazes as they had to admit that while Buttercup didn't quite match her sisters figure in the chest department the little brat actually all the puffs had grown up quite nicely~
Really made Ace wish that things had played out differently all those years ago when he had Buttercup wrapped around his finger during her short lived crush but he shook that off at the sound of Grubber chiming in , "Pfffft!"
Causing Billy to laugh, "Hehe yeah Dan give girls a spanking~" the two referring to the time that Dan had managed to put Bubbles over his knee and spanked her in front of the entire city though if you asked Ace he would say the bimbo blonde had been enjoying it~
Suffice to say the GanGreen Gang had become fans of the new villain on the block and while he seemed to frequently cause chaos outside of Townsville they more than welcomed their new fellow member of the Townsville rogues with welcome arms.
"and letsssss not forget that with the girlssss obssssesed with him...we have almost free way to do whatever we want" snake called in delight
This caused the gang to cheer because the more trouble Dan caused and the more the girls failed to capture him, the more distracted they got focusing more on him.
True they still caused grief for the criminals and villains of Townsville but Dan had thrown them off their game for some time now and it allowed them to get away with more than they had in years.
"Hehe yeah!" Arturo chimed in with a cheer, "I mean remember our new tv." He said referring to the flat screen they had looted just the other night as his friends nodded, "I swore I saw Bubbles flying past us when we running from the building as the alarm went off."
He told them causing the others to blink, "Say what now?" Ace repeated arching a brow as this was the first Arturo mentioned this as the shortest member of the Gangreens gave a nod, "Yeah I swear I saw her looking straight at me but she just shook her head and zipped off with a wave!"
He exclaimed with a bounce, "Why didn't you tell usss ssssoner!" Snake asked with wide eyes but Arturo simply shrugged, "Didn't think you'd believe me amigos.." He admitted rubbing the back of his head, "We were kinda wasted~"
"Ummm" that made Ace thoguht "now that you mentioned...is it just me or the blonde one seems more...distracted now days?" he asked "i mean she still fights and all but...i dont know...i feel like she is not...giving all she can...dont know if you guys get me"
"No, no I get you." Arturo assured his friend and leader as the others nodded, "Pffft!" Grubber chimed in, "Hey Grubber right."
Snake said snapping fingers, "Not only hasss she been out of it...but.." He looked at the others, "Remember her lassst..fight with PRincesssss." He hissed out with Ace frowning as he recalled, "Yeah I do.."
He said rubbing his chin as he recalled thinking back something seemed off with Bubbles behavior during that bout considering it happen when the gang were near by casing a joot for a little heist, "Didn't Bubblesss ssseem off during it."
Snake asked with Ace snorting, "You mean besides actually supporting Princess garbage story about just sparring with the Puffs and the whole hogwash about going legit." He said with finger quotes on the last word, "After her old man suffered that little "accident"." He said with sarcastic drawl at the last word
"Ehhhhh Billy wonders...could Bubbles be turning evil and being friends with princess?" the gentle giant of the group asked
This question caused the others to freeze at the idea of it before Ace let out a snort and they all besides Billy started laughing.
Billy himself gave a confused blink with his eye under his hair before joining in slow non understanding tone, "Hehe..hehahaha..Bubbles..BUBBLES EVIL!" Ace yelled out as he started rolling around in laughter with Snake chiming in, "Hehahah whats she gonna do sssstill everyonesss dolliesss~"

And the gang soon fell into hysteria because really Bubbles of all people going bad...AS IF!
