Summary
He quickly falls asleep. As to how long he’s out for, he’s not so sure. When he awakens, though, he shifts and feels something cool touch his fringe. He quickly sits up, turning to see a knife stabbed into the ground. Spirits… The human managed to successfully follow him, after all. But where—?
His rifle is gone.

By the time the turian finally exits his shelter, she’s managed to dismantle his rifle. He looks at all the pieces spread across the ground before looking at her.
“It’s only fair that we even the playing field,” she says.
“Nothing can be fair or even between a turian and you squishy humans.”
“You’d be surprised.” She gets to her feet. “We’re tougher than we look.” And she raises her fists. “Let’s do this.”
