Summary
Izumi knows without turning around that the voice belongs to Tsukinaga Leo. He’s an in-house composer at the company, and someone who Izumi works very hard to avoid.
(In fact, when he found out that he and Leo work at the same company, Izumi wanted to quit his job on the spot. Unfortunately, there weren’t many other companies that offered positions as flexible as the one Izumi holds, so Izumi instead ensures that he sees as little of Leo as possible— which isn’t hard, considering they work in very different departments.)
He slings his camera bag over his shoulder, and makes to leave the studio. As he heads out, he walks by Leo, and they maintain a split second of eye contact. A current runs down his spine, and Izumi looks away and leaves the room.
