Summary
Uesugi Futarou, a high school student and tutor was faced with an impossible choice - the quintuplets - Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, Ituski - all vie for one final chance to be chosen by their beloved tutor. It's the last night of their third-year festival and everyone's hopes are high that they'll be the one chosen - however, it will explore alternate endings where different girls are chosen!
