Summary
In 2007, 19-year-old Marissa Morgan steps off her flight and into the wonderland that is Los Santos, ready to take on Vinewood. Armed with little else than the clothes on her back, the money saved up in her bank account, and a charming smile, it isn’t long before she realizes she might have just jumped down the wrong rabbit hole.
As Marissa tries to keep a level head despite being outclassed by those more accustomed to Vinewood’s arbitrary, unspoken rules, she encounters several vibrant cast-offs all of whom have something to share about surviving in a city where nothing is ever quite as it seems.
