It all started at a dinner Father insisted that everyone go to. Even after what happened between Luke and Aemond Father is still trying to force things but yet again how can he really complain when he gets to see Rhaena. God he loves her but with everything how can they possibly be together.
“ DAERON!!! ” His mother Alicent screamed. “ Come down here NOW!!! “
He sighed “ Coming Mother. “ He made his way down stairs preparing to be screamed at by his ever anxious mother.
“ Daeron find Aegon please he only ever listens to you. ” his mother sighed “ Rhaenyra and her Brood will be here any second and I don’t need him embarrassing us more than he already has.”
“ Of course Mother ” And of Daeron went to find his brother knowing exactly where to find him.
He finds Aegon where he expects to find him. In their nephew Jace's old room where he always is. Even though he treated Jace like shit Aegon still had the audacity to be sad.
“ Aegon up lets go Rhaenyra and her family are almost here ” he said with a tone that he knew worked best with Aegon.
“ Leave me be you cunt ” Aegon all but screamed “ Aegon please don’t be difficult ” Daeron was getting fucking tired of this bullshit. “ Daeron is right you being an ass is the last thing anyone needs ” Said Aemond as he entered the room “ Fine ” Aegon relented “ did moher fucking send the whole fucking house after me ” “ you know how she gets ” said Daeron with a sigh.
Rhaena was excited to see Daeron but she was not so excited to see the rest of her family. God she loved Daeron with all her heart but they were doomed she felt tears well up in her eyes
“ You okay? ” said her over protective but loving and sweet older brother Jace. “ Yeah just thinking about … well ” “oh ” Jace said already understanding. Jace, Luke, and Baela all knew about her feelings for Daeron and were always supportive even after everything. She loved them so much.
“ Guys we are almost ready to go” said Luke making his way to them but when he saw her face he stopped “ Are you okay? ” Luke said, his face morphing into one of concern.
She was about to answer when Jace gave him a look that said it all. “ Oh babe I am sorry ” Luke had always been her greatest supporter that is one of the many reasons she loved him. “ Don't be we are doomed” Rhaena said with an air of sadness
“ you two are so not doomed it just isn’t the right time ” Said her twin Baela. “ B is right, you just have to give it time, ” Jace agreed. “ Guys we should go before mother sends father to come for us ” Luke said as he pushed them toward the door.
“ There you guys are, your mother was about to send me to come searching for you ” Said their father Daemon as he packed their things and the children. “ told you ” said Luke as they carried bags to the car.
After an hour of packing and stalling they got into the cars mother, father, and the children went in Daemon’s car while they went in Luke’s. “ Are we sure we have everything? ” Said their mother Rhaenyra worriedly “ yes, my love, and if we dally anymore we will be beyond fashionably late ” Said father hurriedly.
When they entered the house she could already see both Jace and Luke tense up so Baela grabbed Jace's hand as she held Luke's. They were greeted by Viserys and the cunt alicent god she was such a bitch.
“Hello my family ” greeted Viserys. The man was kind of an idiot but he was sweet and good to them at least.
Alicent the bitch coughed and said “ you are late ” oh this fucking cunt “ oh you fucking” “Daemon don’t ” whispered mother “ we are sorry for our tardiness we had more packing to do then expected ” mother explained smoothly
“ of course dear don’t worry ” said Viserys but alicent didn’t look the least bit like she was happy but alas she had to let it go.
“ Sister hello I have much to show you ” said sweet Helaena as she practically dragged mother away. Alicent glared after them, always jealous of how close they all are to Helaena. “Well come all of you time to eat ” they all followed Viserys.
Daeron heard Rhaenyra and her family come in and had to actively stop himself from going to see Rhaena. Thankfully he didn’t have to wait long to see her or her family except Rhaenyra who was dragged away by Helaena earlier. She looked beautiful god he was whipped but he was perfectly happy to be so. After they had all eaten dinner and were all hanging out that is when Aegon started his bullshit god why couldn’t he give it a rest.
“ So Jace how are you doing ” said Aegon with a down right evil grin “ leave him be Aegon haven't you done enough ” said baela angrily
“ So pathetic your little girlfriend has to defend you you're weak Jace always have been ” Aegon said drunkenly jace was shaking with rage but before he could say anything Baela said “ he is not weak you are and pathetic and drunk and stupid” before Baela could finish Aegon had gotten up ready to strike but before he could Luke had stepped in front and slapped him
“ she said leave it alone” Aegon of course instead of stopping he tried to hit back that failed Luke was a fucking wrestling champion.
Luke dodged and pushed Aegon away Aegon of course ever the coward ran but Luke followed “ Luke No No No No No ” Jace screamed as he ran after Luke Baela following close behind “ Luke stop” “ Beat him up Luke lets go” said Baela.
Luke slammed Aegon face into the wall “ Luke stop” “ Beat him up Luke he fucking deserves it ” Luke kicked Aegon into another wall and then grabbed him by the hair and slammed him into another one. When they finally stopped it Aegon looked like he just got mauled by a bear while Luke was untouched.
Alicent was in a rage so was Daemon and Rhaenyra everybody started screaming like they did when Luke took Aemond’s eye.
“Not only does your bastard take my son's eye he now has assaulted my son” Alicent screamed. Rhaenyra Screamed back “ Your son tried to slap my daughter and had abused my son for years” “ lies all lies” Alicent defended but Daemon shouted “ how dare you call our son a liar and how fucking dare you try and deflect you fucking cunt” “ Guys stop all of you ” but Viserys was ignored.
“ Are you happy Jace your little brother is in more trouble because of you once again ” Aegon whispered “ Aegon shut up why can’t you just let it go already you are so pathetic” whispered Rhaena back “ she is right you have ruined everything ” said Aemond in a cold voice.
Aegon looked close to tears now when he realised not even Aemond was on his side.
Eventually things blew up and Rhaenyra and Daemon dragged their children out of the house and never came back. Daerons Heart broke he turned to Aegon with a look of pure disgust and said “ you disgust me and I wish Luke had beat you more you FUCKING DESERVE IT GOD” and ran to his room.
Rhaena was in tears the whole ride back not only was there no chance of her and Daeron getting together, Aegon had the guts to insult her brother, try to slap her sister, and then cry like he was the one wronged here. God she hated him. He is such an asswhole Luke grabbed her hand and squeezed it she squeezed back grateful. She saw Jace and Baela comforting each other; they would be cute together, she thought.
When they got home mother and father put the children to bed then said to them “ We are leaving back to Dragonstone it isn’t safe here not anymore ” mother had commanded. Seeing their tears father had hugged them and whispered “ It’s okay I know It’s hard but we will be alright and Luke that was good of you to protect your siblings like that” “ your father is right you did good and it will be alright we will adjust like we did before okay” mother smiled at them and hugged them as well
They all slept in the same bed that night seeking comfort in each other and whispering to each other of their fears for the future and of her feelings for Daeron and Luke’s feelings for Aemond.
