All is not well in Shibuya. Or perhaps it's more accurate to say that things are far too well in Shibuya. Soon after the fall of Yaldabaoth, Shizuka Joestar awakens to a world utterly devoid of strife. It soon becomes clear that another supernatural force has taken root in the heart of Tokyo, building a serene world of unnatural perfection. Soon she, Akira Kurusu, the rest of the Phantom Thieves, and some old enemies, become embroiled in a new conflict to decide not just the fate of the world, but the entire shape of human destiny.

Summary

Now in 2016, following the passing of both her parents, she returns to Japan to get away from some of the pressure of the United States. Soon she finds herself weaved into something far wilder than she ever could have imagined, joining a group of mysterious thieves against a new slew of insidious Stand users and a conspiracy that threatens the world at large.
