Please read what I wrote twice. I said "people", which is inferring that in general, the people complaining don't write a single word—sadly it's often the case.
I did see you are writing lots of w/w and I love that, good on you. I apologise if my comment was unclear.
Though my main point remains: if people want X, they must write X. Complaining that Y is popular won't make X any better, in fact it can make it worse.
If I meant you specifically as an individual, I would've used singular 'you' instead. As it were, I already saw your profile, and thus used the generic 'people'. It seemed fairly obvious you were an exception, not the rule.
