            Depends. If it's a first chapter then I try to hit the 2000 mark. For later chapters even up to 5500. For the longest, as in one-shots that are more developed I go for 10000.

            I avoid going for more than that as it takes quite a bit to type.

                As I said, it takes a lot to write. Now, if I have a whole day without interruptions I can write 10000 or even 15000, but I'd rather not. I find it better to pace myself, however, this is different for every writer.
