“Ah,” Dazai smiled politely, it was a scary sight to witness. “We prefer not to be bound by objects, we know where our loyalties lie, we have no need for a reminder.” The lie rolled off his tongue so seamlessly that Chuuya almost believed it himself.
As an emphasis, Dazai wrapped a hand around Chuuya’s side, pulling him closer. Chuuya shot him a withering look.'

Summary
This carnival was probably one of the most colorful places Chuuya had ever been. The workers milled around in their bright clothing, smiling cheerfully and yelling advertisements, their voices were lost in the crowd. The stands set up were all patterned, different smells of food wafted through the air, mingling together. Chuuya scrunched his nose up at the unfamiliar smells.
“Chuuya acts as if he’s never seen a carnival before~”
Chuuya’s face turned red with a mixture of embarrassment and anger as he wrenched himself free from Dazai’s grasp.
Dazai’s lips tugged up at his reaction “Oh, so he really hasn’t?”
