Abstract
Cases of so-called “collective trauma”, commonly observed during periods of notable cultural shock or unrest, have been reported to increase volatility of assumed intent of Craft, especially in more subjective fields such as Wish Craft (SK Mondésir, 14XX). On an individual level, particularly powerful users of Craft, in combination with various strengthening rituals, may be expressly affected by this trauma and subsequently find their Craft amplified and unpredictable, causing numerous seemingly-impossible variations in the fabric of the Universe. Hypothesized effects of this unique phenomena include, but are not limited to:
- Discrepancies between Wishmaker and individual most affected by the consequences of the Wish
- Diluted perception of time
- Chronic impermanence of grievous injury or death
This study emphasizes the need for further research to examine lasting effects these errant wishes may have on an individual.
-
A Wish is made. The Universe moves slightly to the left. Odile is the one caught in the crossfire, this time.
