    Kairi Hoshino has an interesting quirk - whatever emotion she's feeling, others around her can feel that same emotion, and may even believe they are truly feeling that emotion. Seemingly innocent on its surface, her empathetic projections can be so powerful it can cause others to become riled up, confused, and act out based on these emotions. Never knowing people's true feelings towards her or if it's simply a projection of her own feelings, she has been left mostly friendless her whole life. While she has never gained control of her quirk, her abilities have been strong enough to get her admitted to UA. Determined to prove her abilities will make her a hero rather than a villain as others assume she will be, she works hard to excel, except it never seems to be enough. When her quirk makes class difficult, she is transferred to class 2-A in the hope that their promise of excellence and history of teamwork will be beneficial to here, and help her to finally control her quirk. In the midst of it all, she finally finds true friends, grows in confidence, learns to love even her flaws, and possibly even falls for that one boy with the red and white hair.

    The setup for this story is that Ash has defeated Leon in the Masters Eight Tournament. Serena has won the Hoenn contest championship and traveled to Wyndon where she watched Ash's battle against Leon. Chloe and Goh also watched the battle and got to spend time with Serena before, during and after the battle.

    This is my own story of what would happen when all these characters gathered together after the tournament. The later chapters continue the story. All of the chapters are fairly long and are laid out like a chapter in a novel. I did my best to write this in the style of the anime.
