Summary
After several years of intense fighting, Vernon Roche sets out on a journey in search of his only remaining friend, Geralt of Rivia. But traversing the Realms alone and with madness knocking at his door can prove to be complicated. Unable to distinguish between what is true and what is not, Vernon must put his survival instinct to the test. Even more so when Iorveth himself comes to help him.
"Well, are you going to kill me, or are we going to talk like old friends?"
"I'm not going to kill you, Roche. I'm going, and may the dead not judge me, to help you. I can't believe that after all this time, that's precisely what will finish you off" With that, and knowing that he was going to regret it, Iorveth extended his arm in his direction. -

Summary
Iorveth had been ‘sick’ since he abondoned Saskia. The worse he got the more his men began to doubt him. A risky decision to raid a Nilfgaardian supply depot results in Iorveth being taken prisoner; wherein he catches the eye of a rather vicious Officer who has an unnatural fascination with the elven form.
Roche, unwittingly, stumbles across his old rival during a successful ambush. The elf is withdrawn and sullen, after months of being subject to then unwanted attention of Nilfgaards finest.
Maybe its pity, or something deeper, but Roche finds himself helping piece Iorveth back together.

En el marco de la persecución del Asesino de Reyes, Vernon es un omega que oculta su condición en una sociedad que desprecia a los varones omega mientras trata de vengar a su rey y salvar Temeria en compañía de sus leales Franjas Azules y de Geralt de Rivia, quien considera que Vernon y Iorveth tienen mucho que ganar de una alianza contra el asesino en vez de seguir su fútil enfrentamiento. Iorveth está obsesionado con derrotar a Vernon, pero tener que colaborar le hará replantearse sus propios deseos, como así hará Vernon al conocer más a su enemigo y cómo su vida no debería consistir en ocultar y reprimir su naturaleza el resto de su existencia.
Una re-imaginación de la trama del Witcher 2 en un escenario A/B/O contando toda la historia bajo esa premisa y cambiando los acontecimientos juntando los dos caminos de Vernon e Iorveth en uno solo.

“I don’t think I have to, but just to be on the safe side, let me remind you the rules. Try not to kill each other!” yells the announcer before jumping off the scaffold as if he were running away from a wildfire.
Roche rolls his eyes at his stupidly childlike behaviour and immediately catches a punch with his face. -
