These are Gay Adult Male with Adult Male stories (that never got together in cannon of the tv series and movies they where in) that I have loved watching tv shows, movies and reading online fanfics and I wanted to write some of them.
It's Explicit rated because it's Adults and there will be full sex in some of the story's, I will say in each chapter heading which couple from which show to make things clearer.

Summary
Over the past year, detective Carlton Lassiter had been dealing with a rather persistent medical concern. He just couldn’t stop stuttering. He tried speech therapy (which he believes to be a load of crap), he had MRIs done, the whole nine yards. Alas, the doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with him.
One night, while getting ready for bed, he thought about it. He felt there was an obvious cause that was right there under the surface, if only he could reach it. It was bugging him out of his mind, not only as a head detective but a person in general. He knew he could figure it out if he just tried harder.
He brushed his teeth with his usual unflavored toothpaste for entirely too long while he deliberated. He spat out the now sour toothpaste, let out a sigh, and shook his head as he turned the lights off. As he crawled into bed and closed his eyes, one very particular picture flashed behind his eyelids.

This should make sense as a standalone story, but I recommend reading Steaming Mad (I'll Bring You Home) first, if only because in my biased opinion, I think it's a good read.

……Everything about the whole scene seemed… Nice. A little bit too nice for it to be just a friendly lunch between co-workers.
“Dad? What the hell are you doing here?” Shawn asked, the shock written across his face rivaling Henry’s own shock and confusion.
“Oh, well,” He began dumbly. “I was in the area when I noticed you guys here together and— what are the two of you doing here together anyways?”
Henry asked, because maybe he’s just missing something completely obvious, and Shawn’s going to say something that clears everything up and he’s going to feel a bit stupid about it for a while, before going home and having a big laugh about it later. Because that has to be the case. But Shawn only frowned.
“I… I’m on a date, dad.” He replied bluntly, after a moment of hesitation.
And— oh.
There was a long, uncomfortable pause before Lassiter coughed, breaking the silence looking like he wished that he could just magically disappear…

"Carlton looked down at the hand he’d used to slap Shawn, horrified. His eyes immediately filled with tears, but he refused to let out the sob that was building and putting pressure on his throat and chest. His abs clenched with the effort of keeping it in. He had just hit his boyfriend, he didn’t get to cry about it.
He just wanted the constant reminders of his failure to end. A slip up that could’ve let a murderer walk free if others hadn’t been there to step in when he couldn’t do his job. He never handled things like that well. He always had to sneak away to break down later, but he hadn’t been able to get away from Shawn all day. He just needed it to stop."
