“Just a few more feet,” Hunter told them. He reached into his pocket and fumbled for the keys to Robin’s Roast that he had been entrusted with earlier. He made absolutely sure to cover each one with his hand, lest they clink together and attract attention from them.

Hunter quickly realizes that he has the early symptoms for his wisdom fangs to grow in and knows that to get them removed, he must undergo a major surgery. However, Hunter has barely ever received much medical treatment from doctors in his entire life, so the idea of something as major as surgery freaks him out… and what makes his anxiety even worse is the fact that doctors aren't trained to understand the bodies of grimwalkers.
