The mismatched eyes found sky blue ones, and Albus’s heart dropped to his stomach. The hall melted away, and it felt like it was only them. He could hear the familiar breaths, the intimate way he walked toward him now, the nostalgic way he walked. The way he spoke… ‘Hello, Albus.’
He had reached the table, and before Albus could gasp out any semblance of a word. He walked to the other side of the table to sit.So he didn’t notice how Harry Potter gasped in the same disbelief at the sight of the dark wizard.
